The Story Behind the Core Bomb

From a Push-Up Trainer
to a Full-Body Conditioning Tool.

The Core Bomb started with one simple idea and evolved into something much bigger — a patented training tool built for movement, volume, versatility, and full-body conditioning.

01
Where It Started

A Better Way to Train Push-Ups.

The Core Bomb started with a much simpler purpose. I wanted to recreate the instability and core engagement of ring dips in a portable push-up trainer that could be used almost anywhere.

That first idea became the Push-Up PR, which is still available today.

02
The Evolution

It Quickly Became More Than Push-Ups.

I quickly realized the concept could do much more.

What started as an instability push-up trainer evolved into a tool for ab rollouts, core training, rotational work, swings, carries, and eventually full-body conditioning.

03
The Turning Point

One Run Changed Everything.

The biggest shift came after I sold my gym. One day, I decided to take it out on a run.

Running has always been a big part of my life. I ran marathons before I ever opened a gym, with a 3:34 PR in 2008, and that run changed the way I looked at the product.

04
The Breakthrough

It Didn't Need to Be Heavy. It Needed to Keep You Moving.

I realized the Core Bomb didn’t need to be heavy to be challenging. It needed to be versatile enough to keep you moving.

Carry it while you run. • Stop and swing it. • Drop down for push-ups or rollouts. • Pick it back up and keep going.

What the Core Bomb Became

One Tool. Full-Body Conditioning.

Suddenly, one tool could combine cardio, strength, muscular endurance, core stability, grip, rotation, and coordination in the same workout.

Built for Conditioning

Built for Movement.
Built for Volume.
Built to Keep You Working.

That’s what the Core Bomb has become today: a conditioning tool built for movement, volume, and full-body work.

Run. Swing. Roll. Keep Moving.
