The Story Behind the Core Bomb RUNCLUB

The Core Bomb started with a much simpler purpose. I wanted to recreate the instability and core engagement of ring dips in a portable push-up trainer that could be used almost anywhere. That first idea became the Push-Up PR, which is still available today.

But I quickly realized the concept could do much more.

What started as an instability push-up trainer evolved into a tool for ab rollouts, core training, rotational work, swings, carries, and eventually full-body conditioning.

The biggest shift came after I sold my gym. One day, I decided to take it out on a run. Running has always been a big part of my life—I ran marathons before I ever opened a gym, with a 3:34 PR in 2008—and that run changed the way I looked at the product.

I realized the Core Bomb didn’t need to be heavy to be challenging. It needed to be versatile enough to keep you moving.

Carry it while you run. Stop and swing it. Drop down for push-ups or rollouts. Pick it back up and keep going.

Suddenly, one tool could combine cardio, strength, muscular endurance, core stability, grip, rotation, and coordination in the same workout.

That’s what the Core Bomb has become today: a conditioning tool built for movement, volume, and full-body work.

Run. Swing. Roll. Keep moving.
