The Core Bomb RUNCLUB comes in 4 lb. (small) and 6.5 lb. (regular) options, built with a 29-inch hollow steel shaft designed to be progressively loaded.

Add the solid stainless-steel 10-inch knurled extension to increase leverage and add an additional 2 lb., effectively turning the RUNCLUB into a true mace.
