More Than Cardio
Meet Your New Conditioning Tool
Your next workout could start with a run, shift into swings, and finish with push-ups. The same tool stays with you through every part.
As you move, your breathing picks up. Your shoulders and grip work to control the load. Your core helps you stay balanced through each transition. By the time you finish, you have asked your body to do much more than cover a distance.
We built Core Bomb to bring those demands together in one portable tool. It is what we mean when we call it the ultimate conditioning tool.
Conditioning for the way you move
Conditioning involves being able to sustain effort, recover, and go again. Your heart and lungs play a part, along with the muscles helping you carry, push, rotate, and stay steady.
Core Bomb gives you a way to work on those demands within the same session. You choose the movements, pace, and rest to match your ability and the kind of workout you want.
How Core Bomb brings it together
Run or carry. Take Core Bomb on a walk or run, and your upper body has a job to do with every step. The off-center load asks your grip, shoulders, and core to help control its position as you move. Changing your carry position changes how you manage that load.
Swing. Stop for chops, shovels, or cross swings. These movements ask you to generate and control rotation while coordinating your upper and lower body. You can build a session around repeated, controlled efforts with rest between sets.
Roll. Shift the locking clip into the roll configuration for push-ups, planks, and ab rollouts. The rolling ball and the shaft's ability to slide through it add a balance challenge. During a plank or push-up, your core and upper body work to keep the tool steady beneath you.
Light on purpose
Core Bomb is intentionally light enough to carry and keep moving with. That design supports repeated efforts and transitions between exercises throughout a conditioning session.
The challenge also comes from where the load sits, how far your hand is from the ball, and how much control the movement requires. A longer lever can make a familiar weight feel very different.
There is room to progress, too. Internal weights add load within the shaft. For swing and mace training, compatible external plates and the Performance Extension offer additional ways to increase the challenge.
Put it together in one session
Picture heading to a nearby park with Core Bomb. After warming up, alternate a short walk or run with a set of controlled swings on each side. Shift into the roll configuration for a set of push-ups or a plank hold, then rest before repeating.
Choose distances, repetitions, and exercise variations you can manage with good technique. Begin with movements you know and build from there.
You can also stay in one spot and pair swings with floor exercises. Core Bomb fits a conditioning session whether running is part of your plan or you prefer to train without it.
Take your conditioning with you
A park, your backyard, or a little space at home can become a place to train. With Core Bomb, you can bring carrying, swinging, and floor exercises into a workout that fits your day.
That is the idea behind the ultimate conditioning tool: giving you more ways to challenge your whole body with something you can take along.
Run. Swing. Roll. One Tool. Full-Body Conditioning.
